Kiwicha or Peruvian Amaranth

Kiwicha is the name of a plant (and its seeds) in the family Amaranthaceae. Its scientific name is Amaranthus caudatus. The seeds are diminutive, edible, and highly nutritive. They are usually eaten puffed.
